Allied Mineral Products Acquires ACTCHEM® Product Line
COLUMBUS, OH July 1, 2025 – Allied Mineral Products, LLC has purchased the intellectual property rights to ACTCHEM® – a family of abrasion resistant technology used in industrial applications and well known in the HPI industry.
ACTCHEM®’s innovative technology and product line, including advanced binder systems and specialty additives, will strengthen Allied’s product offerings globally with solutions for petrochemical, energy, and mineral processing industries.
This investment demonstrates Allied’s commitment to being the preferred supplier to the refining and petrochemical industry.

Allied Mineral Products, LLC (Allied) has purchased Industrial CeramicProducts, Inc. (ICP). The acquisition will allow Allied to further its strategy of increasing applicationsdiversity, capacity, and expansion into precision, high-fired refractory shapes markets. Achievement! CHM completed a Refractory EPC work of a Comprehensive Incinerator Project in November, 2024.
CHM has rich experience and achievements in refractory turnkey project. We won the trust of customers in 2023 and began to contact them in May and signed the "Waste Incinerator and Boiler Refractory EPC Project" in August of the same year. After construction started in April 2024, it took 6 months to complete in November 2024.
This project is a government BOO project. Due to the continuous urban development and industrial development in recent years, the amount of waste generated has also increased, accelerating the demand for urban incinerators. We have the ability to assist customers in completing large projects from design, planning, refractory supply to construction.
